I’ve always been drawn to one simple question:
How can people feel better- at work, in their bodies, and in their lives,- without adding more to already full plates?
Since 2012, I’ve worked in the health and wellness space, supporting individuals and organizations through real-life stress, change, and growth. My path has taken me from healthcare into corporate wellness, where I now serve business professionals navigating high-pressure environments that often leave little room for their own well-being.
But this work isn’t just professional—it’s personal.
I’ve seen firsthand how easy it is to prioritize everything else and slowly disconnect from your own energy, clarity, and needs. I believe well-being isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing what actually supports you... consistently, realistically, and with intention.
